We ensure fast, reliable, and hassle-free delivery so your coffee reaches you fresh and on time. Orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days for freshly roasted coffee and 1–3 business days for merchandise and accessories.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1999. Orders below this value are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹99. Currently, we ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Provided the conditions outlined in our refund policy are met, refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment. Items purchased online may be returned by shipping them back to us. Please contact our customer support team to obtain the return address. Kindly note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
