Refund / Returns Policy – The Wild Cup Coffee Roasters

At The Wild Cup, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee and quality products. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re always here to help if something isn’t right.

❌ No Returns on Roasted Coffee

Since our coffee is roasted fresh to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on coffee products unless:

  • The product arrives damaged, or

  • You receive an incorrect product or variant

✅ Returns Accepted For

We do accept returns in the following cases:

  • Incorrect items (wrong product or variant sent)

  • Damaged or defective merchandise (such as mugs or accessories)

  • Unopened, unused non-perishable items (requested within 7 days of delivery)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

💸 Refunds & Resolutions

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect

  • If a refund is not possible, we may offer store credit or a replacement, depending on the case

📧 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email us at thewildcupcoffee@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and assist you promptly.

🕐 Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 1 hour of placing it.
After this window, your coffee may already be roasting or dispatched, and cancellation may not be possible.

“Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]”
